At Bello Nest, we strive to deliver your orders quickly, securely, and affordably. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, handle, and deliver your purchases.
1. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- In case of unexpected delays (e.g., stock availability, system error, courier issues), we will notify you via email or phone.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We work with trusted courier partners to ensure reliable delivery. Estimated delivery times are:
- Domestic (Malaysia): 2–7 business days (depending on your location).
- East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 3–10 business days.
- International Orders: 7–21 business days (subject to customs clearance and courier availability).
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Fees
- Standard Shipping (within Malaysia): Flat rate or calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- Free Shipping: Eligible for orders above RM200 (domestic only).
- International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on destination country, package size, and courier rates.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and courier details.
- You can track your order status directly on the courier’s website.
5. Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address or failed delivery attempts, customers will be responsible for re-delivery costs.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
- International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and local taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
- Bello Nest is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
- We take care to pack your items securely. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging.
- If your package is lost during transit, we will assist in tracking it with the courier. Replacement or refund decisions will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
