At Bello Nest, we want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, our Return & Refund Policy is here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible, items must be:
    • Unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
    • In their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
  • Certain items are non-returnable, including:
    • Sale/clearance items.
    • Personal care products (for hygiene reasons).
    • Customized or personalized items.

2. Return Process

  1. Request a Return – Contact us at bellonest@outlook.com with your order number, reason for return, and proof of purchase.
  2. Approval & Instructions – Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and shipping details.
  3. Ship the Item Back – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective or wrong). We recommend using a trackable courier service.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days and credited to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable (except in cases of defective or wrongly sent items).

4. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change an item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order separately.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • In such cases, Bello Nest will cover the return shipping cost and provide a replacement or full refund.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you have not received your refund after 14 business days, first check with your bank or credit card company.
